How to pay examination fee for IIT entrance exam 2012

Eligibility for IIT-JEE Examination:-

1. The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/State Board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi; Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi; etc with 60% in PCM.For SC/ST/PD Candidate, the relaxation is 55%..

2.Age Should be in between 18 years to 25 years.

1.>Start of Online application process:-Monday,October 31, 2011.

2.>Closing of Online application process:-Saturday December 10, 2011.

3.>Start of Offline OMR Application Forms sale at Bank Branches Friday November 11, 2011

4.>Close of Offline OMR Application Forms sale Monday December 5, 2011.

5.>Last date of receipt completed IIT-JEE 2012 Application Form:-Thursday December 15, 2011.

6.>IIT-JEE 2012 examination day:-Sunday,April 8, 2012.

7.>Declaration of IIT JEE 2012 Results:-Friday,May 18, 2012

The Apply Procedure:-

(a)Online: For online submission of applications, IIT Bombay – http://www.jee.iitb.ac.in ,IIT Delhi – http://jee.iitd.ac.in For Online Form fill up.

You can payment registration fees through online mode if you have online-banking you can payment your rupees.

Also you can pay through Off line mode.

first hiiiiiiiii to you...........
i can tell u procedure to pay fee for IIT entrance exam through online submission because i submitted form through online...
first you have to make a id in iit's website and fill all details in form than a printed form will come out from the printer .....
in this form two copies of chalan will attach. just go to the related bank and give there this form and application fee 1600 rs plus bank commision.
than send this receipt and completed application form in a A5 size envelope to related iit centre by speed post............

Hey, you need not to pay for any fee for iit if you apply offline. you should buy prospectus cum form from punjab national bank.If you apply online you should make Demand Draft

hi,
for iit entrance exam you have no need to pay exam fees.
you just purchase the form
form cost for:-
open category/OBC:- 1600Rs
ST/SC/GIRL CANDIDATE:- 800 Rs

The fees of IIT entrance exam is to be paid at the time of getting the application form.
The fees for open category is 1000rs and for SC/ST category it is 550Rs.

Hi Dear

Now 2012 year after Girls can not paid any fee.
But Boy's fee is 1800/- application.

In exam 3 papers are involved like

Physics
Chemistry
Mathematics

Total reservation candidate category-

SC- 15%
ST-7.5%
OBC-27%
Leprosy- 3%

OMR Application form cost including processing charges of 200/-

Form for GE/OBC Male candidates--1800
Form for SC/ST/PD Male candidates--1000
Form for All Female candidates--200

You can either apply online or offline.

If you choose to apply offline then you will have to purchase application form from the
designated bank branches and send the filled in application form to the JEE office.

If you choose to apply online then the payment is supposed to be made by
bank challan.

The bank branches from where you can get bank challans are the same as
mentioned in the list of banks for sale of application forms.

Kindly refer the JEE 2012 information brochure for the list of bank branches.

Application forms For IIT JEE

In order to appear for IIT JEE..you need to fulfill the following criterion first :-

1) You should be a 12th pass out with Physics,Chemistry and Maths as your subjects and also having 60% aggregate in these 3 subjects..

2) You should have passed your 12th in 2011 or appearing in 2012..

You should be within 25 years of age..

The IIT JEE 2012 is going to be held on 8th April,2012..

the application forms are already available online as well as offline..

In order to buy the forms offline..visit your nearest Union Bank of India Branch or your nearest book depot from where you can avail the forms..

The rates are as follows :-

For General Male Candidates : Rs 1800

For OBC/ST/SC : Rs 1000

For all females : Rs 200

when i try to pay my iit fees in bank, it showed record nt found and the bank personnel told me to come after 2 or 3 days why is it so

i m applying for iit jee 2012.i have filled the form online.but i have posted it without keeping a xerox of it with me. can i find the application number on the official site of iit?

If you are applying online then you can pay fees by credit card or debit card or you can pay fees through bank challan. and if you are applying offline then from where you are buying then you are paying money there only.

i have paid my fees through e-challan but in my logi id dtill it's coming to pay examination fees after 3 days also? why? can i re pay fees through credit card? will it effect my registration?
