Hello, I have passed BSS Diploma in Operation Theater Technology. Now, how to register in Paramedical Council Board of Karnataka? Which website to open? How much is the registration charge?

I passed 1993 bach dmlt then how i will get registration certificate and goodstanding certificate from paramedical council

***One need to send attested copies of certificates along with application form,
covering letter and registration fee to the official address, Clinical
Laboratory Professionals Association (CLPA)
