How should I join government college after doing BSc degree in Animation and Multimedia?


i have completed 2and pu..
nw i want to to B.sc degree in animation and multy media.
to do this is there any government approoved or governament collage?

Hello this is jasleen nd I m from dehradun and I hve to ask I have done bachelor of animation from dehradun itself... now I m currently doing job as a graphic designer and now I want to do masters in graphic designer.... which government college is best for that.???
