The full form of EAMCET is Engineering Agriculture Medical Common Entrance Test.

But for your knowledge, EAMCET knowledge is no longer used for admission in medical courses.

You need to prepare for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. All it requires is practice of large number of questions. If your fundamental concepts are clear then solve mock test papers and previous years paper as much as possible.

Mathematics by R.D Sharma, Physics by H.C Verma and Chemistry by O.P Tandon and NCERT or state level books will help you a lot.
