The minium qualifation for apply in the BSNL JTO exam is B.Tech in (c.s,ece,ei)with minium 60%markes secure in the b.tech exam.

J.T.O. - Junior Telecom Officer.

See my dear if you want to write in B.S.N.L. J.T.O. then you have to work hard otherwise you can not do your best. If you are a B.Tech. student in E.C.E. (Electronics and telecommunication ) department then I think it will not create any problem to you because all the question generally come in B.S.N.L. J.T.O. examination are related to your subject like : analog , digital, antennae , communication V.L.S.I. etc.
