BSNL placement is very famous and everyone desires to be a part of this great telecommunication company. For sitting in the BSNL placement Exam, the qualification that one needs to have is B.E or B.Tech from the following background such as Telecommunication, Electronics, Radio, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, ECE etc. Thecandidates appearing the final year of B.Tech degree can also apply for the BSNL placement Exam.
The number of posts to be filled by BSNL is 3945 JTOs or Junior Telecom Officers in All India. And the Pay scale / salary for BSNL JTO are Rs. 9850-250-14600.There are three papers, Engineering Stream Paper – I, Engineering Stream Paper – II and General Ability Test Paper – III. The standard of paper in engineering subjects will be that of Engineering Degree Examination of an Indian University. In the general ability test, special attention will be paid to assess the candidate’s aptitude towards general awareness. The
standard of paper in general ability test will be such as may be expected for an Engineering Graduate
The exam has three sections which consist of different subjects such as SECTION – I Materials and Components, Physical Electronics, Electron Devices and ICs, Network Theory Electromagnetic Theory, Electronic Measurements and instrumentation, Power Electronics. SECTION-II Analog Electronic Circuits, Digital Electronic Circuits, Control Systems, Communication Systems, Microwave Engineering, Computer Engineering and Microprocessors, SECTION-III General Ability Test.
