Hello.....Yes you are eligible to appear in it but you won't get the advantages of a local student.85% seats are reserved for the locals.so you have to fight only for 15% of the seats but it is worth giving a try because the colleges are really good.Followinfg is the address on which you can contact to get your other doubts clarified in person-
