If anyone fail in third semester in all subject then he got a chance to sitting in fourth semester exam or not? What should be done under this condition?

No,if anyone fails in almost all subject of third semester then he/she is not eligible for seating in the fourth semester.
For my point of view,then you are not eligible.
but different colleges/university has different rules but for my suggestion you are not eligible.
The only way is to clear minimum of three or four subjects in third semester to getting seats in the fourth semester's examination.

As you have not told here about that in which course you are studding now as in B.tech or in any other course of graduation in Bachelor of arts or in commerce so that i could guide you well but as the procedure is same for all so i am telling you here as you could apply for the next semester after the re appear in 3rd semester.

Yes, you can appear for fourth semester study as well exams even if you fail in all subjects of third semester examination.

But in University overall result, you will have as many backlogs in subjects in which you have failed in third semester and you need to clear it in coming carry over papers of university exam.

So, basically you need to work hard and focus on third semester as well as fourth semester subjects.

Yes,it is possible to appear in the exams of 4th semester if anyone fails in all the subjects of 3rd semester but onething you have to be very clear that you should also study the 3rd semester subjects so that you can clear them in the 5th semester with the junior students otherwise it will be difficult for you.

You can write your 4th semester exam even if you fail in all the subjects of your 3rd semester.

But if you have more than 4 backlogs when you are going to an odd semester from even semester then you will get Year Back.

yes it will affect in master degree.
1. you wont get degree unless you clear your backlogs.
2. poor score generally leads to difficulty in admission and placement

I am currently in bsc agri 4th sem so my question is if you fail in midterm exam of 4th sem in two or three subjects can u still clear that subject in the same semester in finals or not ??? What else can be done
