If AP student pursue 11th and 12th from New Delhi will he become non local to AP?
My son studied up to 10th class(state syllabus) in AP and if he studies 11th and 12th class(cbse syllabus) in New Delhi, will he become non local to AP?

No, AP student who pursue 11th and 12th from New Delhi will not he become non local to AP
If one have domicile certificate of particular state than he/ she will be domicile of that state. Once education qualification from other state doesn't affect their domicile. Until unless one is not getting domicile of any other state , he/ she will be domicile of same state. |
