No, you are not eligible to change the board in std 12th.

So, either you have to take admission in std 11th in different board or can continue with the same in std 12th.

No, you cannot change your board after 11th standard. According to the rules, the candidate has to complete both 11th and 12th standard from same board and stream.
You have only two options-:

1) Continue your 12th with CBSE board if you have done your 11th from CBSE.

2) Again take admission in 11th in the board of your choice.
