Is it illegal to give BEEB exam and CBSE exam both at the same time? If it is illegal then what is punishment for this?
What is the punishment of giving both exam of bihar board and Cbse board in same time. What is the punishment if it is illegal.

Yes, it is an illegal thing to appear in both BSEB and CBSE board examination simultaneously as both of these board are regular boards and requires at least 75% attendance for appearing in board examination which is not possible to be done legally and therefore if caught your candidature will be cancelled from both board of examination as well as you will be liable for penal action.
So, considering all the situation it is advisable to not appear in board examination from both boards simultaneously as this decision can backfire on you when get caught. |
