sorry i don't know about the GUJCET but for AIEEE

I CAN say you will come to know about AIEEE examination at the month of September end .
means if you want to give AIEEE 2011 the form will be publicly published or distributed in various GPO's, post office and army schools in the month of September

but i think for every state their common entrance test prospectus they published in the month of feb or march ...(not confirm )

Since both exams dates have not been decided yet, so dates may likely to be changed.

GUJCET:

Dates:
-Application forms will be made available from 1st January of 2011.
-Last date would be 15-18 January 2011.
-Exam will likely to be happened in the second week of April 2011

Forms:
-The Booklet and application forms for common entrance test will be available on payment of Rs.250/- by demand draft from nationalized bank payable at Ahmedabad in favour of secretary, Gujarat common entrance test cell, Gandhinagar
-Forms will be made available and to be returned later at following centres:

AIEEE:

Dates:
-Sale of application forms will start from 1st December 2010 and remains till 30th December. For online mode it starts from 16 November.
-Exam will likely to be conducted in the last week of April 2011

Information Bulletin containing Application Form can also be obtained by post from the Assistant Secretary (AIEEE), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, I P Extension, Patparganj, Delhi - 110092 or personally from Regional Offices of CBSE and Designated Branches of Syndicate Bank/other Banks/Designated Institutions (get the INfobulletin centres from attachment)
-The cost of Information Bulletin inclusive of examination and counselling fee for BE/B.Tech only or B.Arch/ B.Planning only is Rs. 450/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 225/- for SC/ST candidates.

Online:
-Online submission of application may be made by accessing the AIEEE website www.aieee.nic.in. The candidate should supply all details while filling up the Online Form.
-Candidate has to choose the payment options applying online.
-The Application Form duly filled in should be sent to THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY(AIEEE), CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, PS 1-2,INSTITUTIONAL AREA, IP EXTENSION,PATPARGANJ NEW DELHI – 110092 in the printed envelop supplied by the Board
