GATE is the common exam for admission to M.Tech degree. The exam is conducted at all India level and is usually scheduled in the month of February. Those who qualify the test can apply for M.Tech course in any reputed colleges across the country. Certain Universities also carry out entrance test for M.Tech programs. Exam details and the date of commencement of exam can be collected from the official website of the concerned University. Exam pattern and date for the same may vary with University that conducts the test.
