Is Institute of Mechanical engineer AICTE approved(IME)?
this degree valid for govt. job-?

No ,it is not recognized by AICTE .It is recognized by department of education ,MHRD of India.It is the oldest institute in India established in 1914 to promote ,advance and update the business knowledge of mechanical engineers.It conducts biannual exams as following-

Technician engineers part-1,part -2

Automobile technician engineers- part 1 and 2

Production technician engineers part 1 and 2

refrigeration technician engineers part 1 and part 2.

Fee for membership is 16025 for part 1 and 16025 for part 2.

It is the best choice for mechanical engineers who are working in companies and earning good salary.Once they get membership then they can see many research paper/magazines etc to upgrade their knowledge.
