I believe what you are talking about is Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade II. A Grade B level post in the Intelligence Bureau, India's oldest and premier intelligence agency.


Intelligence Bureau comes directly under the Home Ministry. It has been credited for busting several terror module in India and prevented potential terrorist attack on big Indian cities.


It is very hard to prepare for the ACIO Grade II entrance exam because there isn't much information available about the exam. Neither there are coaching centres that would prepare you for the entrance exam. Therefore it is better to download the previous years question paper on your own.


Eligibility

1. Only Indian citizens are allowed to apply for the exam.

2. The educational requirement is graduation degree in any stream.

3. Age limit for ACIO Grade II is 27 years.

4. The age limit is extended by 30 years for OBC.

5. There is 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates in age limit.
