if someone pass IRDA exam from "x "company,Is this IRDA pass certificate useful for other y company? or it is useful only for x company only? Please i want detail discription on this

What is the validity period of a passed certificate of IC 33 of IRDA EXAM FOR INSURANCE AGENT?

IRDA (Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority) Exam is conducted once in every year by the Insurance Institute of India.

The eligibility required to attend the exam is 10+2 or its equivalent education in any stream from any recognised board.
The minimum age required to attend the exam is 18 years. There is no upper age limit for attending the exam.

To apply for IRDA Exam you need to fill the application form through online/ manual/ offline mode. The applications forms will be available in the official website of IRDA.

If you clear the exam you’ll be given the IRDA certificate and the certificate is valid for all the insurance companies. Based on the certificate you’ll be job as insurance agent. The validity of the certificate will be 3 years.
