ITI and BA can be done simultaneously
Sir my BA is running regular and i took admission in iti also but i didn't give any exam in iti so my ba is valid or not.

Yes, you can do both courses together. You may face difficulties managing both simultaneously but it is possible. ITI will take two years whereas BA will take three years.
