Hi friends, I have applied for Sub-Inspector post under Andhra Pradesh Police recruitment. I just want want to know what is the job profile of Sub-Inspectors? If I am going to be selected then what would I have to do?

The main job of Andhra Pradesh Police Sub inspector are to report crime scenes to their seniors, examine clues for the purpose of investigation in cases, solve them. Their main responsibility lie in 4 major areas of police sector. These areas include:-
*Law and order
*Investigation &prosecution
*Work at Railway police station
*Work as General Station House officer
*Manage various work at police station.
There is large scope for career growth under the cateogaries of Andhra Pradesh Police. The following list serve as the career path beginning with Andhra Pradesh Police constable and ending with Director-general General of Police.
