Is karnatake state open university is fully affiliated & recognized university ? Will B.Tech in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (Distance mode) from the said university satisfied the eligibility for govt. sector employment and UPSC engineering service exams ?

i am from tamilnadu doing a b.tech mech in karanataka open university .....am i eligiable for jobs in l&t and govt jobs in tamilnadu

I want to complete diploma in mechanical engineering and further to that i want to continue B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. I want to know whether the Karnataka State Open University is recognized university. I am not that much financially strong that i can afford the loss if i dont get job against the Certificate received from KSOU. Kindly help me and provide the details as early as possible. YES , karnatake state open university is approved by UGC.

But not approved by AICTE.

I have attached the proof of UGC approval.

Respected Sir/Mam,
is ksou a proper lane to go, because i have completed my diploma in electrical ,can i get proper output after continuing here, and is it a reputed university?
