If you want to get last 25 years question paper of iit jee then i advise you to go on the nearest book stall and buy it. The 25 years question bank of iit jee is available on the book stall or you can search on the internet. i give you a website name where you will get the previous year paper of IIT JEE.

Since you are seriouslly looking for past years IIT JEE papers,it is better to go to the nearest book store and ask for 'Arihant 32 years' solved papers 1979-2010'.you'll get separate books for physics,chemistry and mathematics by Dr Naveen sharma.The price of each book would be around Rs.245.The books are really helpful with trend analysis from 2006-10.You will also get a free booklet containing formulae,and tips and tricks of chemistry.

I have attached the previous years question papers of IIT-JEE. So, please check these out below.

I think you are very serious about your IIT-JEE preparation that's why you are asking for last 25 years papers.

However, it would not be possible for you as well as me to provide last 25 years. It cannot be downloaded through Internet as well. Because, all papers are not available on Internet. It would also take time for you search at different websites.

So, I would personally recommend to go to a book store and purchase a book of Arihant that contains last 32 years papers along with their solutions.
It is the best book that I had heard till now. It's cost would be nearly Rs.300
