Hello friend ......

SCRA is the Special Class Railway Apprentice exam conducted by the UPSC every year .
The eligibility for the SCRA is that one should have passed the 10+2 board exam with the maths as one of the main subjects from the recognizes university or the board .

The age limit for the same is 17 years to 21 years for the general category students and there is an upper age relaxation for the OBC of 3 years and for the SC/ST there are 5 years relaxation.

In the SCRA basically it is the mechanically trained students for the railway field. They get the degree of the mechanical engineer from the railway government and get the job in the officer rank of the railway department .

And here I have attached the previous years that is 2009 and 2010 question papers of the SCRA exam . You can go through them they will be very useful before the exam .

Pattern of the examination ::It consist of two papers .

Part I: Written examination carrying a maximum of 600 marks in the subjects as shown below.



Part II: Personality Test carrying a maximum of 200 marks.
