• Those who are completed graduate degree from a recognized University.
• The candidate age should between 21 years and 30 years.
• Upper age limits relaxation for SC/ST/OBC categories.
• 5 years :- SC/ST
• 3 years :- OBC
• 5 years :- Ex-servicemen
