M.L.Khanna..for maths..
Concepts of Physics
P.Bahadur for chemistry..

u can buy the arihant's past 10 years solved papers of IIT-JEE and AIEEE

In My Opinion there's nothing like Best books or something.. All depends on you, That is how well you Use the Available Sources, But you only have to be Careful while Searching out the Good and Reliable Resources. I would Recommend these to you:

• Be thorough with your NCERT Books, Because AIEEE Focuses mainly on this Syllabi, Especially in chemistry, The Questions come out Directly.
• Then Go on with other References, Study Material, Or Study Magazines only to Boost up your Zone of Solving Problems, And make Sure you are up to Date with the Syllabus.
• Recommended Books:
  Arihanth Books: Chemistry For AIEEE by Sanjay Sharma
  Physics For AIEEE by D B Singh
  Mathematics For AIEEE by Prafful K Agarwal
  And Then Spice it up with the Previous Years Papers : 10 Mock Tests For AIEEE 2012 by D K Jha & Vikas Jain
