Last date to submit DAVV first year private form was 7 November, 2015.

However, later it is now extended to 23 November 2015.

You can submit it along with the late fee Rs.100 upto 26 November, 2015.

And, also if you are too late then you can submit the form along with late fee of Rs.750 upto 30 November, 2015.

If you wish to submit your form before 5 days of commencement of exam, then you can submit it along with late fee of Rs.1000 in your college.
