last date of ragistration icwai fondetion courses of the december attempt 2013

I am appearing in final exam of class XII in march 2014. When can I first attempt to ICWA foundation course.

registration for icai courses is open throughout the year,

but last date for registration for december 2013 attempt was 31st may 2013,

as the last date for for dec 13 exam has expired you will have to register in november 2013 for june 14 exam.

Which is the earliest attempt for a 12th standard student appearing in March 2014; June 14 or Dec 14?
