Yes, of course you can register for the Cost and Work Accountancy course offered by Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India-ICWAI. There is no age limit to apply for the course, neither there is any other restriction which may create problems in your registration process. The only important thing is that you should have qualified +2 level of exam from a recognized board to register for the Foundation Course.
The cost and work accountancy course is divided into three stages.

Foundation Course
Intermediate Course
Final Course
