Your question is not completed actually in bihar there are lot of polytechnic you didn't mention any one here, even though i hope this will help you.

When you got application from colleges or somewhere there will be given a time limit to apply for that one. or they noticed in their noticeboard.

if you feel to find very hard kindly enquire over phone where you got application from. they will give information regarding your query.
