There are many PMT exam in India like AIPMT, AIIMS,JIPMER,AFMC etc.
so please mention the exam we can tell you the last date of form submission exam.

Last Date For Submission of AIPMT

The AIPMT Forms are available in the market from 26th December,2011 and the sale of forms shall go on till 25th January,2012

The last date of receipt of the forms is 2nd February,2012

The candidates must have 50% or above as aggregate in Physics,Chemistry and Maths in their 12th boards..

The Prelims Exam are going to be conducted on 1st April,2012

The Mains shall take place on 13th May,2012

The completed application forms are to be sent to the following address

The Deputy Secretary (AIPMT Unit),
Central Board of Secondary Education,
Shiksha Kendra, 2, Community Centre,
Preet Vihar, Delhi 110 301

The cost of the form is as follows :-

For General/OBC :- Rs 1000/-
For SC/ST/PWD :- Rs 550/-
