How we get form for medical entrance exam Neet ?...pelase tell me

i got failed in physics in theory class 12 0n 2012 in cbse board .so i will be giving again on march.so am i eligible for neet 2013?plz rply fast

The applications are open now and you can apply online.
The last date for payingthe fees is 31-12-2012.
After the last date you want to pay, and then you will be having late fess which you need to pay later.
The exam will be held on 05-05-2013.

NEET UG 2013 DETAILS.

** The application form published at 1st December, 2012.

** The last date of apply online is 31st December, 2012.

** One can apply after 31st December,2012 to 31st January,2013 by giving late fee.

** The fee for General cast candidate is 1000/- and for SC/ST candidate is 550/- without late fee.

** The fee for General candidate is 2000/- and for SC/ST candidate 1500/- with late fee.
