Well I have attached few CSIR NET MAthematics papers, because CSIR is the India's biggest and toughest JRF entrance. So, it would be much better.

But for a health score in JRF just sample papers are not enough, so download some topicwise important study material from :- UGC NET solved paper of Maths.

Apart from these, you can also refer to following books for more better expectations:-
