There are definitely some universities which offers M.Tech program through distance learning mode/Correspondence mode but those programs are not approved by The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). As per the guidelines of the All India Council for Technical Education, only the following courses offered through distance mode is entitled to get approval from the council:
Master of Business Administration
Master of Computer Application

Universities offering M.Tech program through correspondence mode are as follows:

• Karnataka State Open University
• CMJ Univeristy
