which book should i prefer to prepare for GATE ? Plese tell me whcih are the books for it

For gate entance exam following books you have to read:
1>the books you learn through your graduation just go through it once gaain.
2>just go trough previous year question paper that's help you lot..because from there you come to know the exam pattern.
3>if you tell me your engineering branch then i also tell you which book you have to recommend.
