i have done my graduation with 45% marks .so i want to know the mba colleges with eligibility criteria of 45% so that i can take admission

As per my knowledge your score will not carry forward for another year.So you have to sit for the exam again.Basically to pursue MBA you should be a graduate with minimum of 50% marks from any decipline from a recognised college,and you will have to clear 3 phases of the admission procedure which are firstly Written Examination , General Group Discussions,and Personal Interview.As for the prospectus or admission form can be collected from the university personally or by post in which ever college you want to pursue.List of colleges which offers MBA distance course in India are:-

Friend I am sorry to say that you can't join M.B.A after passing graduation with 45% marks.

The eligibility for M.B.A course is minimum 50% marks is require. For ST/SC candidate minimum 45% marks is require.

Only graduation marks are not the criteria for admission in MBA college.
Your percentage just makes to eligible to apply for entrance exam.
Many pvt colleges accepts CAT, MAT score. Few also look at GRE and GMAT scores.
So, first apply for entrance exams..
