Regarding training you have to directly contact HR of that company in which you want to apply.

And its better if you know someone in that company, any employee. Then it will be very easy for you to apply through them.

As you are in final year so the last semester is for your project, for which you need to apply before 6 months in 3-4 companies at least. Even i did Btech with instrumentation, so i would like to suggest that you can go in BHEL bangalore for pursuing your project. as per my experience they will involve you in one of their project and where you can have hands on experience. i am sure you will enjoy that.
