there are very few seats for OBC categary and that also in some colleges ikke IGIT and USIT and 2-3 more colleges more
but your rank 4715 and you will surely get admission in IPU
IPU have 85 % seats for delhi Candidate and 15 % for outside delhi
if you are under delhi categary then you may get admission in Maharaja Agarsen institute of technology , Maharaja Surajmal Institute of technology or bharti vidyapeeth or rank 3-7 B.tech Colleges under IPU if brach is not priority ... if you are from outside delhi then also you will get admission in IPU it may be Amity school of Engineering , Northen india college of engineering or Ansal institute of technology
there are seats reserved for Sikh students in Guru tech Bhadar Institute of Technology
and some seats are also reserved under defense category
