For the study of IPS officer do we have to join the engineer college or there is seperate colleges for IPS officer.

To become an IPS officer you have to give the civil services exam conducted by UPSC. Anyone with a graduate degree from a govt. recognized college can attempt it. The success rate is about 1 in every 600 candidates. If you go by that ratio it is the toughest exam in the world.
