Dear friend some of the top colleges of Delhi are AIIMS,JNU,DU(delhi university),ICAR etc.

Look for these colleges.

yes they are available in JNU, AMITY, AIIMS . you just have to look which one suits you

Biotechnology combines disciplines like genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, embryology and cell biology, which are in turn linked to practical disciplines like chemical engineering,information technology, and robotics.

So, to do M.Sc in Biotechnogy is a very good option.
