Hello Friend,
Both CFA program in India and US CFA program are similar in many ways. The major difference is that US CFA programs are accepted in many countries in the world as they have practised it for a long time whereas in India the course deals mainly with financial aspects of India but is also accepted in other countries. Actually its not a degree course its a professional course. The CFA Program is a self-study graduate-level program available to investment professionals throughout the world. You are required to study yourself and pass three levels of exams. On successfully passing the exams and meeting all the requirements, you earn a CFA charter. So whichever course you do the knowledge you gain is of more importance then the course you do. Both are similar in more ways then they differ. if you wish to work in India go for Indain CFA or else opt for US CFA. Regards |
