Is Mathematics compulsory to get admission in Company Secretary course?


I have completed my Intermediate and I did not had Mathematics in my 12th. So, can I take registration in Company Secretary (CS) course? Or, Mathematics is also required?

No, maths is not compulsory for CA course. You should have a bachelor's degree in commerce stream with minimum 55% marks.
In that case you can get direct entry in IPCC.

No. Mathematics is not compulsory to pursue CS (Company Secretary) course.

CS Programme & Minimum Qualification
- Foundation Course (8 Months) : After Class 12th
- Executive Course (9 Months) : After graduation or CS foundation course
- Professional Course (10 Months) : After CS executive course

CS Course Fees
- Foundation Course - Rs. 3600
- Executive Course - Rs. 7000
- Professional Course - Rs. 12,000

Last Dates of Application

For Foundation Course
- 31st March for December session exam
- 30th September for June session exam in next year

For Executive Course
- 28th February for appearing both modules in December session examination.
- 31st May for appearing single module in December session examination.
- 31st August for appearing both modules in June session examination.
- 30th November for appearing single module in June session examination.

For Professional Course
Examination is conducted in the month of June and December.
