Re: Is Mathematics compulsory for SBI's Probationary Officer exam?
--> The basic qualifications required for SBI bank PO (Probationary Officer) examination are as below :-
* You must hold the nationality of India. * Your age must lie within 20 years to 30 years. Age relaxation is allowed for reserved category candidates as per the government norms. * You must have completed your bachelor's degree course in any discipline from a recognized university. * You must hold good communication skills along with basic computer proficiency. As far as you are concerned about the requirement of Mathematics as a main subject at Class 12th level academics to be eligible for SBI bank PO examination, then as evident from the mentioned eligibility criteria there is no such requirement. Re: Is Mathematics compulsory for SBI's Probationary Officer exam?
The minimum education required to apply for SBI Bank PO examination is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised University. There is no requirement of a particular subject in the academic degree at any level.
So, even not having opted for mathematics as a main subject for your Higher Secondary School degree course you will be still eligible for appearing in the SBI Bank PO examination once you complete your graduation degree.
