yes, university is UGC approved and MBA course is approved by DEC (Distance Education Council)- IGNOU, New Delhi. However, for more clarification you can see the UGC & DEC site. Don't worry degree in your hand is valid......... best of luck...

How can i get my MBA results from VINAYAKA MISSION UNIVERSITY? I have completed my MBA (Finance) through distance learning in 2011. I have soft copy of the resullts.

Vinayka Mission University -Salem [Tamilnadu] is approved by UGC AND AICTE its M.B.A.Finance & Banking Course distance education is valid for 2014-15
