you should go for arihant publication guide book..
its best
but better is to study the package of any coaching instiute
take any concept book also along with question book
you can take online coaching classes also

yes students from other states can apply but you should have domicile certificate

Yes students frm other state can appear for it,but they will not be granted admission to government colleges.

there are 2-3 books which i will refer you ;
i.e go for himalaya publications its the best, and in case you need some more so go for gupta publications, or dgp publications they all are good for mh-cet preparation from all aspects . good luck and all the best.

I'm also preparing for the forth coming MH-CET exam from the Master cet-MBA (Arihant publication) book it contain the solved papers as well as 11 mock test papers it's very helpful for me and also of cheap cost (125/-).
