Minimum marks needed in 12th standard to qualify for AIEEE exam?
Sir I wanted to know wat is the minimum percentage needed in 10+2 exam to qualify for aieee
ADMISSION process....i.e both aggregate of 12th and group.. plz reply |

One must pass out 12th class with minimum percentage of 51% and you must not passed 12th class in 2008 or before which makes a candidate not eligible to appear in AIEEE 2011.
and number of attempts as The number of attempts which a candidate shall be limited to 03 (three) uniformly for all the candidates in consecutive years. and age limit as birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible if you are applying for 2011 aieee. The last date for AIEEE is 20.01.2011 which is over!! |

The Minimum Qualification for Appearing In AIEEE 2011 is that the candidate must have passed in final Examination Of 10+2 OR Equivalent Qualification with 50% Marks for General candidates and 40% Marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.
So You should have a minimum 50% Marks In 12th. And the number of attempts which a candidate can attempts the maximum three times Uniformly for all the candidates In consecutive Years. The candidate completed +2 Exam In 2009,2010 Or Appearing in +2 In 2011 are Only Eligible to Appear In AIEEE - 2011. The candidate Passed +2 In 2008 Or before Or Appearing In 2012 are not Eligible to Appear In AIEEE - 2011. Minimum 50% marks for General category. Minimum 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category. Hello,
For applying the AIEEE a candidate must have to score more than 50% marks in 12th. A candidate can appear in 12th appearing as well as after passing the 12th. The number of attempt will be 3 for the general candidate. There will be 5% relaxation for the reserved candidate. |

AIEEE i.e All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is conducted by the
CBSE for admission to BE OR B.TECH OR B.ARCH program . Through AIEEE NIT'S seats get filled and other good institute also consider the AIEEE marks AIEEE Eligibility :: You must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks for general category candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category candidates. Candidates who has cleared 10+2 exam before 2009 will not eligible for 2012 exam i.e next year exam .A students can take only 3 times the AIEEE exam and it is in consecutive year . |

For appearing in the AIEEE exam you have to score more than 50% marks in 12th. You can also appeared when you are appearing for 12th. The number of attempts for the general candidate will be 3 times. |

Hi friend,
The following is the academic eligibility required for appearing AIEEE exam. Students of India who have passed 10+2(Class XII) or an equivalent exam or appearing for the qualifying examination are considered for the provisional admission into the degree course. If you are an aspiring engineer, and you want to appear AIEEE you have to pass your 10+2 with an aggregate of 50 % marks with Physics and mathematics as the compulsory subjects. Students who wish to be architects are required to pass their 10+2 with an aggregate of 50 % marks with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Chemistry, Computer Science, Bio-Technology or Biology can be taken as optional subject. |

In 12th standerd you must pass with above 50% of marks. If you apper these marks then you are eligible for any type of exam like AIEEE,IITJEEE,EAMCET etc. its better to get the 60% of marks. No.of attempts for these AIEEE is 3 attempts. |

The minimum academic qualification required for appearing in AIEEE exam is taht you must have passed in final exam of 12th or its equivalent exam with 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/PH/OBC candidates.

AIEEE, no longer exist. for getting into NIT or other good engineering college, you will have to appear for IIT JEE IIT JEE mains for NIT and other engineering colleges IIT JEE advanced for IITs you should have atleast 60% marks in your 12th for appearing for IIT JEE. However, you should be amongst top 20% of your board if you want to get selected in IIT all the best |
