After seen of supplied question paper in examination hall on 14th August, 2011 at Kolkata related to P&A discipline of CIL. It has found some question wrongly asked and/or given 4 options, all are not correct e.g.
Q. Full form of UHV value? correct option is Useful Heat Value not given in Options.
Q. Mines Act "Correct options 1952" not given Options.
Q Orphan Pension is Rs. 110/- Not given in Options.
one question asked related to NCWA VIII but in question NCWA-VII mentioned.
Some question having wide difference in Hindi & english versions.

Asked Question Regarding Full form of UHV,
Correct Option Key: Useful Heat Value is not given in options.

Asked Question Regarding Mines Act
Correct Option Key: 1952 is not available in given options.

One question asked in CMPS, 1998 regarding Orphan Pension but correct answer key Rs. 110/- ...... not given.

One question asked related to working hours of women workers, but there is no correct answer key available in option keys.

two questions were asked under head of Mines Act but they are covered under Plantation Act.

One Question option key related to NCWA-VIII but in asked question mentioned NCWA-VII given.

Some asked questions in both papers having major mistakes in English version to Hindi version. Hence answer key is change in both versions.

questions not asked proportinate to syllabus and engg calculations are time consuming hence cannot be answered that to 200 question s in 180 minutes at the age of 45 or more.moreover computers are not part routine part of job of cil engrs. and supervisers .why so much emphsis is given to it.

Secondly, Question papers carry/ brought by invigilator in Examination hall in Openly or sealed.

Coal India Limited A maharatna company having more than 60% executives in Per. & IR cadre is MA (sociology) & they initially recruited in Non-Executive cadre and also relatives of some higher executives of CIL. They did not having wide knowledge of HRM, Labour Legislation, Performance Appricial , Job Evaluation, MBO etc. Hence they did not having knowledge of Solving it.

Will the exam result be declared ever ?
