Model test papers for SSR examination is not available on Web.
But you can refer question papers of NDA, subject contents are similar.
The written test includes questions from Mathematics, Science(upto 12th level), English and General Awareness.
You can get Model Question Papers from book stores which deal in competitive exam books.
The syllabus for the SSR exam is attached with this message.
Find it into the attachments.

Indian Navy SSR Syllabus !!

Indian Navy Conducts Senior Selection Recruitment Exam Every year for Sailors Entry.

Basically there are Four Exams for Recruitment as a Sailor in Indian Army they are

Artificer Apprentice,Senior Secondary Recruit, Direct Entry for Diploma Holders & MR/NMRs and Musicians.

This is Only for those Male candidates who has completed their 10+2 Study.

Syllabus Consists of Science, Mathematics, English and General Awareness.

Which based on 12th class Topics and its very Easy to Crack it.

For Previous year Papers:- Its Better to Prepare your self because its very Easy Exam and No where you will Find SSR previous year Papers.

SSR board doesn't allow Papers to be taken back by Candidates.

Indian Navy is the fourth largest navy in the world. Indian Navy is one of the armed forces of India with around 64000 personnel on duty.


Job profile:

Candidates can apply for the posts of Sailors for Sailor - Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) -2/2010 batch depending on their educational qualification.

Eligibility:

Candidates to be born between 1 August 1989 to 31 July 1993.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates are required to have 10+2 passed or equivalent with compulsory subjects like Maths and Physics and optional subjects like Computer Science and Chemistry.

No. of posts: Several posts are available in Indian Navy.

Pay scale: Selected candidates will be paid the salary of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- + MSP of Rs. 2000/- + other allowances.

Selection process:

Candidates will have to undergo a written examination. Candidate’s performance in the examination will play a major part in the final selection for the posts. Candidates will then also have to undergo a physical fitness test.

How to apply: Candidates are required to send the complete Application form alongwith attested documents, two self addressed envelope of size 22*10 cms with Rs. 10/- stamp affixed on one envelope to the different post box addrsses in New Delhi depending on the examination centre, in a brown envelope to the prescribed address.

Last date for the reciept of Application is 16 January 2010.

for SSR exam your 10+2 must be completed with PCM minimum 60%,and if you are in 10+2 this year then you can appear for SSR 02/12,but make sure when you come for written exam of SSR you must be in the possession of +2 certificate.
