Yes, you can. The best would be to contact the department where you want to study and tell them what you want to accomplish.
They will evaluate your past education and experience and they will let you know how to proceed. You may need to acquire the core education of the new field. You got nothing to lose, go try it. If one university rejects you try another university. |

The basic eligibility criteria required to pursue M.Tech in Genetic Engineering is given below, Name of the course-M.Tech in Genetic Engineering >> Candidates must have completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology or else Biomedical Engineering from a recognized university or institute to be eligible >> Or candidates who have done their B.Pharm are also eligible for pursuing this course. >> You are required to appear in GATE entrance Examination to study Master's degree. >> As you are from Chemical Engineering, you may not be eligible for this course. |
