Is it necessary to fill the MP-PET form online? Can it be filled offline?
plz tel me m in a utter confusion

Availability of Forms for MP PET 2011:

The forms for MP PET 2011 are expected to be available by April in the office of

Professional Examination Board or any of the State Engineering Colleges. The form can

also be obtained by post from Board Office by sending a Demand Draft along with the

request for form.

Important Dates (Tentative):

Date of Entrance Examination: 1st week of May, 2011

Online Application Forms: 2nd week of March-1st week of April, 2011

you can fill the form of mp-pet 2011 both online and offline.

Eligibility

-A candidate should be at least 17 years of age as on 1st July, 2011.

- Further a candidate should have passed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for Reserved Category) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

- Those appearing for 10+2 examination in 2011 can also apply.

- A candidate should be a bonafide Resident of Madhya Pradesh.

Application Form

Application form can be obtained from

Professional Examination Board M.P.
Link Road No.-1, Arera Hills, Chinar Park Extension,
Bhopal 462011
on cash payment of Rs. 500/-( 250/- in case of SC/ST of Candidates of MP).

-It can also be acquired by sending a request along with a DD of Rs 550/- (300/- in case of S/ST candidates of MP) i
n favor of Professional Examination Board, Bhopal.

Application Form of the Madhya Pradesh Pre Medical Test can also be accessed on line. Those who submit the online application form should make the payment Rs. 550/- (300/- for SC/St candidates of MP) in the form of a demand draft while sending the confirmation page.

MP PET 2011 Application Form:
Candidates will submit the application form only online either through www.vyapam.nic.in or www.mponline.gov.in website on payment of fee Rs. 600/-(300/- for SC/ST) along with additional Rs.50/- (online service charges), by credit card or cash payment.

MP PET 2011 Important Dates:
Date of Online Submission: 8th March, 2011
Last date of Online Submission: 4th April, 2011
Date of Test: 2nd May, 2011
Expected Date of Result: 1st week of June

No it is not necessary to fill the application form of MP PET online.
But it is very convenient to fill the form online and is reliable too.
