Please do tell me that is it require to pass with (50%) in each subjects to qualify NEET 2016. i earned 438/720 in phase 1 can i get a government sheet.

No it's not necessary to score 60% marks in physics, chemistry and biology individually to appear for AIIMS. The candidates need to score 60% marks in aggregate.

AIIMS is All India Institute of Medical Science. It conduct entrance exam for candidates seeking admission in MBBS course throughout all the AIIMS colleges. The eligibility criteria to appear for AIIMS entrance examinations are-
The candidates be Indian citizen.
The age of the candidates should be at least 17 years.
The candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 level from a recognized board and English as a compulsory subject.
The candidates need to score a minimum a 60% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
