Re: Is NEET compulsory for admission in B.Sc Agriculture?
Admission in the B.Sc Agriculture course is not conducted on the basis of the score in NEET.
Entrance examination is conducted by various private institutes or on the basis of the rank in ICAR AIEEA is conducted for the admission. So, it is not compulsory to appear and qualify in NEET for admission in the course |

Re: Is NEET compulsory for admission in B.Sc Agriculture?
The Central Government was planning to make NEET Exam mandatory for admission to agricultural courses from 2019.
and it was thought to be be the last year for those who were aspiring for a seat in agricultural courses based on Class XII marks. But The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing this course is that the student must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks. Admission to the course is mostly entrance exam based. KEAM, EAMCET are a few entrance exams conducted for admission to the course. So you can go for it. |

It is not compulsory to appear for NEET to get admission in B.Sc Agriculture.
NEET is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. The examination is conducted by NTA. So, you have to appear for the examination conducted by the institute or the ICAR for admission in the course. |

Re: Is NEET compulsory for admission in B.Sc Agriculture?
No, there is no need to appear in NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) for admission in B.Sc. In Agriculture degree course across government or private agricultural colleges as the same examination is conducted for offering admission in undergraduate medical degree courses.
Further, for seeking admission in government colleges or top private colleges to pursue B.Sc. in Agriculture degree course, you need to qualify entrance examinations such as State CET, AIEEA UG, or various other admission tests held by concerned universities such as BHU UET, CUCET, etc.. |
