In 12th which subjects are compulsory for taking admission for BSC Agriculture? all Science subjects i.e. biology, chemistry, physics & Maths are compulsory? is it Maths compulsory? My son wants to take psycology. Is it ok. all science subjects he is taking. Please guide as early as possible. He has to confirm the subjects in his college before 20/08/2012. Thanks.

To join in B.Sc Agriculture which is a UG course.The Duration of the course is 3 years and the needed qualification which you need are:

Qualification Needed:

~ The candidate wishing to join in this course must have a education of completed +2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology with at least 60% marks in order to be eligible.

As told that you have completed +2 with PCB it is enough as Maths is optional as you have studies Biology.

So you can join in this course.

For joining B.sc agriculture, you need to meet up the following criteria.
You should have cleared your 12th with minimum 60% marks and you should be having the following subjects-
Physics, chemistry and biology\mathematics.
Thereafter, you can apply for the three year course in B.sc agriculture.

For B. s c. Agriculture and for psychology , one must have studied the three subjects i.e. Physics, chemistry and biology. Though mathematics is not necessary, So I would advice you to study only these required three i.e. physics, chemistry and biology. Hope this post is helpful.

For taking admission in BSc, you must have a science subject in your 12th board and you have to secure a minimum of 60% in PCB.

my subject chemistry ,biology, nutrtion and geography. i interested in b.sc agri.

--Eligibility Criteria:-
